Conditions of rent

We rent out the apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. (Please enquire for exceptions, special offers and longterm offers during the off-season.)
The apartment can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to spend the time until your apartment is ready on our patio or in the garden. On the day of departure, you are requested to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.
Final cleaning costs are between € 50 - 70, depending on the number of occupants, and should be paid in cash in EURO, together with the electricity bill (€ 0.20/kWh) on departure.
In response to popular demand, we also rent out bedding (€ 10.00/person) and towels (€ 10.00/person – beach towel, shower towel and hand towel).
Please inform us of your requirements when booking, and pay for these on departure.
On confirmation of your booking, 30% of the rental is payable. The remainder is to be paid at least 4 weeks before your date-of-arrival.
If required, we will put a baby’s cot, buggy board and high-chair in the apartment (set € 25.00/week).
You may use the washing-machine and tumble-drier in the laundry (€ 3.00/load).
Château de Massignan is supervised and run by us personally. To ensure that everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, we place value on people being mutually considerate. We would like everyone in the apartments and the courtyard to be able to sleep from 11 p.m. onwards.
